Transfer of an existing company is free. Depending on the service chosen (Company Secretary and/or Registered Office), you are only required to pay a 1-year subscription fee.
- Visit our website, choose your package among the four we offer and click “Select”. List of required documents is given in Page 2.
- Fill in our online questionnaire, click “Submit” and check out (instant payment via Credit/Debit card).
- As soon as we receive your request for transfer, we will check your data, arrange a video call with the director & ultimate beneficial owner of the Company (for KYC purpose) and then issue the full set of required documents which we will then send to you by e-mail with instructions to print, sign and return via courier. Upon receiving original signed documents we will report the change to the Companies Registry and Inland Revenue Department.
